Where are you based?

Our SALSA Accredited factory is based in East Belfast, where we handmake our Award Winning Artisan Cordials in small batches for the perfect quality.

What is your most popular variety?

Our most popular variety is our Non Alcoholic Ginger Wine. We have customers who order online from far and wide for the nostalgic taste. 

Are your Cordials seasonal?

We love that we have firm favourites throughout the year. Springtime to Summer is our Elderflower Cordial and Cloudy Lemonade – lovely served chilled. Then in Autumn into Winter the firm favourites are Ginger Wine, Spiced Winterberry Cordial and Dark Clove Cordial – perfect served hot.

Is it true Ginger has other benefits?

Yes! Ginger is known to be fantastic for nausea and morning sickness. It also aids digestion and a good household remedy for many ailments.
